Someone has said wake-up with determination and go to bed with satisfaction.
Have you ever wondered, what does this Satisfaction mean? Is it when we are self-content or Happy. What exactly it means? I wonder if any person in this world says yes I am Satisfied and a content soul! I feel it’s a positive psychology. Proponents of positive psychology want to find out what makes us happy. Life is not about complaint but to live life with happiness.

Your thoughts, feelings, or actions make you sometimes miserable or sometimes happy,  but what if you were feeling okay, but suspected you could enjoy life more, or feel more fulfilled than you do now?

Positive mindset is to find it is helpful to distinguish three routes to happiness: positive feelings, active engagement in life, and having a sense of purpose or meaning outside oneself. May be Satisfaction in life arises from knowing you are exactly where you belong.

In my life, I do things which make me happy and content, I live my life for my own satisfaction. Happiness includes the crucial and significant idea of satisfaction after full honest effort.

I get Satisfaction when I do any sort of Creative work and when I see my daughter Happy. I get happiness when I am with my family.

Being happy would change your world,
Being self content will change your life.
To find happiness within is the key to satisfaction,
It’s the best thing to happen than being struck by glamorous traction.
External events are filled with pain and grief, But the only heal is internal peace.

There are many different types of NLP, covering many different topics. Today we’re going to be focusing on positivity and motivation.

There are certain tools in NLP which can help you become more positive and motivated.

For example, if you are stressed often due to a difference of opinion with your colleagues, then you may be able to use NLP to reduce negative situations in your life.

We have spoken about NLP before in many articles. It is a serious science that everybody should read about once in their life as there are many benefits to this tool.


Many of us use positive affirmations every day. If you have never come across this term before or have not taken the dive into this routine, then allow me just briefly to explain the process.

There is a slight hurdle with positive affirmations, and it’s not on the actual affirmation itself. One thing I’m continually talking about is that repetition is essential in changing our subconscious thoughts and feelings.

Your subconscious is a very strong mechanism it often requires deep repetitive actions to pick up a belief or habit.

In short, true belief in your affirmation tied together with a commitment to long term use of this tool will help you in reaching the next level of positivity and motivation.

It is a task many of us only do when we have reached dark times or need a motivational kick.

The downside is that often when we are questioning the world and our life, we sometimes open up the world to new thoughts and new feelings.

You’re right, but through times of change, we can open ourselves to a GOOD AND BAD experience.

Every day most people check their phones and send a message to their friends or family members.

There are many different types of negative sources. It could be people, or it could be certain situations we are in.

Ask we now understand, positivity and motivation come from within; however, being in a negative situation or being surrounded by negative sources will make the battle much harder.

If it is possible for you to cut off negative sources, then it is highly recommended you do so.


A great sadness in the world is that many people never experience their true power. They could change many people’s lives as well as their own life for the better but feel it is not possible to do so.

When you start to understand just how powerful you are, and you start to understand the opportunities that are waiting for you outside of your mental prison, then positivity and motivation naturally occur.

If you’re not feeling positive or motivated, there is a chance of self-hatred buried deep inside of you.

Many people struggle to be positive because their minds have been held back from an event or situation that occurred 5,10,15 + years ago.

Subconscious emotions of any level can be extremely destructive.

If you are wondering how to become more positive and motivated, then ask yourself, do I love myself?

Lastly, do I accept that making mistakes is a part of life and that these are often needed in order to grow?

If you do not love yourself, then how can you ever be truly positive?

A simple plan can help people from all walks of life develop a strong and reliable strategy.

Perhaps this plan can include previous hacks which we spoke about, such as cutting out unmotivating habits and starting new uplifting habits such as exercise.

Focus on the short wins and always have a target time.


It’s important to remember this, especially during motivation. When you start to look at life like this you can plan your habits and daily routines around your inner child.

Your life is made of energy. It can be spiritual energy, sexual energy, emotional energy, vibrational energy, and many other different types.

If you are looking for a short burst of motivation then yes, money or a house or even a new job can give you the motivation to get tasks done. However, this motivation can wear very thin very quickly.

Changing negative beliefs and introducing positivity beliefs will help us in for the long term.
